Book Highlights Spiritual Heritage, Nath Traditions, and Cultural Legacy of Devipatan Dham

Balrampur: On the auspicious occasion of Ashtami during the festival of Chaitra Navratri, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath unveiled a coffee table book titled “श्री आदि शक्ति माँ पाटेश्वरी शक्तिपीठ: शक्ति और आस्था की अनन्त परम्परा” at Shri Adi Shakti Maa Pateshwari Shaktipeeth. The event was marked by a deeply spiritual atmosphere, with devotees and dignitaries in large numbers.

Devipatan Dham’s Sacred Legacy Preserved

The coffee table book showcases the ancient spiritual legacy of Devipatan Dham, detailing the traditions of the Nath sect, temple rituals, and the region’s socio-cultural fabric through compelling narratives and photographs. It aims to preserve the timeless heritage and spiritual significance of the revered Shaktipeeth for future generations.

The publication was completed under the blessings and patronage of Mahant Mithilesh Nath Yogi. The initiative was guided and coordinated by Garima Bhushan along with her team.

IAS Officers’ Key Support Drives Project Completion

The work also received valuable inspiration and guidance from Mrs. Neha Sharma, IAS, Inspector General (Stamp and Registration), Uttar Pradesh, and Mrs. Ankita Jain, IAS, Chief Development Officer, Gonda. In addition, the support of Mr. Shashi Bhushan Lal Sushil, IAS, Commissioner, Devipatan Division, Mr. Vipin Kumar Jain, IAS, District Magistrate, Balrampur, and Mr. Himanshu Gupta, IAS, Chief Development Officer, Balrampur, played a crucial role in bringing this project to completion.

The event was also attended by Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi, along with several public representatives, officials, and devotees.

Editorial and Creative Team Behind the Book

The book has been edited and written by Ashish Tripathi, with significant contributions from Mr. Rakesh Yadav and Mr. Abhishek Singh. The photographs featured in the book were compiled by Mr. Jeetu Yadav, while the design and layout were prepared by Mr. Abhishek Singh and Mr. Sunil Gautam.

Students of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU), Sujit Sharma and Roshni Singh, also extended valuable support in the preparation of the book.

With the blessings of Maa Pateshwari, the book is being seen as a significant step toward documenting and promoting the spiritual traditions, faith, and cultural heritage of Devipatan Dham on a wider platform.
