The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has invited online applications for 6,565 Technician vacancies across different railway zones. The recruitment includes posts for Technician Grade I Signal and Technician Grade III. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the recruitment must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) along with a valid ITI certificate from NCVT or SCVT in the relevant trade.

For certain Technician Grade I Signal posts, an Engineering Diploma in the prescribed discipline is mandatory. Applicants are advised to check the official notification for post-wise educational requirements before submitting their applications.

Age Limit

• Technician Grade I Signal: 18 to 33 years

• Technician Grade III: 18 to 30 years

Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per Government of India rules.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive pay as per the applicable Railway pay matrix.

• Technician Grade I Signal: Rs 29,200 per month

• Technician Grade III: Rs 19,900 per month

Application Fee

• UR/OBC/EWS: Rs 500

• SC/ST/PwBD/Women: Rs 250

The fee must be paid online during the application process.

Selection Process

The recruitment process will be conducted in multiple stages:

• Computer Based Test (CBT)

• Document Verification

• Medical Examination
