Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU), Lucknow, has released the detailed counselling schedule for admissions to Undergraduate (UG) and Diploma programmes for the 2026–27 academic session. The university has invited eligible candidates to register for the admission process through the online/offline counselling system, with the registration window remaining open until July 30, 2026.

According to the official notification, the first merit list will be published on August 12, followed by document verification and fee challan generation on August 13. Candidates selected in the first round must deposit the admission fee by August 17 to secure their provisional admission. The university will publish the list of vacant seats on August 18.

The second merit list is scheduled to be released on August 19. Document verification and fee challan generation will take place on August 20, while the last date for fee submission is August 24. The updated vacancy list after the second round will be announced on August 25.

For candidates who qualify through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), the university will conduct the first round of Spot Counselling from August 27 to 28. Selected candidates will be required to pay the admission fee by August 29, on which date the revised vacant seat position will also be displayed.

To fill the remaining vacancies, BBAU will open a fresh registration window from September 1 to 7, allowing applications from both CUET and Non CUET candidates. The second round of Spot Counselling is scheduled for September 8, while admission fee payment and verification of original documents will be completed on September 9.

The university has announced that first year classes for the 2026–27 academic session will commence from September 10, 2026.

BBAU has advised all aspirants to complete the admission process within the prescribed deadlines and regularly check the university official website for counselling updates, merit lists, and other admission-related notifications.
