Delhi Public School (DPS) Eldeco, Lucknow, added another achievement to its sporting record as its U-14 and U-19 Girls Basketball Teams emerged winners at the Interschool Basketball Tournament hosted by Millennium School, Lucknow, on August 7 and 8, 2026.

Both DPS Eldeco teams secured the first position in their respective age categories after putting up determined performances against strong competing teams. Their campaign was marked by effective teamwork, disciplined play and a consistent display of skill and competitive spirit.

The achievement has been credited to the players sustained efforts and commitment, along with the guidance of their coaches and the support extended by the school. The teams performance reflected not only their sporting ability but also the values of discipline, coordination and perseverance developed through regular training.

Congratulating the players and coaches, Ms. Gunjan Sahni, Principal, DPS Eldeco, Lucknow, lauded the teams for their dedication, sportsmanship and team spirit. She encouraged the young athletes to maintain the same level of commitment and continue pursuing excellence in their future sporting and academic endeavours.
