Lucknow Public School (CP Singh Foundation) Wins Medals in CBSE Kabaddi and Table Tennis Tournaments

LPS South City teams shine with a gold in kabaddi and two silver medals in table tennis

Students of the South City branch of Lucknow Public School (CP Singh Foundation) delivered an outstanding performance in the CBSE Cluster-IV competitions, winning a total of three medals. While they captured the gold medal in the kabaddi tournament, they also bagged two silver medals in the table tennis championship.
In the final match of the CBSE Cluster-IV Kabaddi Tournament held at GD Goenka Public School, Kannauj, the LPS South City Under-19 girls team clinched the championship by defeating St. Xaviers High School, Hardoi, with a thrilling margin of 27-24. The school players showcased disciplined defense and brilliant raiding skills. For her exceptional all-round performance throughout the tournament, Shiksha Singh was honored with the title of Best Player of the Tournament, and Anshika Verma was awarded Best Raider for her brilliant raids. The winning team included Shiksha Singh, Anshika Verma, Shaivi Rai, Ritika Yadav, Sanskriti Singh, Anvesha Yadav, Radhya, Alisha Singh, Hansika Yadav, Sabya Rai, Riddhi Yadav, and Shagun Chaturvedi.
Additionally, in the CBSE Cluster-IV Table Tennis Championship held at Sir Padampat Singhania Education Centre, Kanpur, the South City students displayed remarkable performance to win silver medals. In the Under-19 girls team category, the trio of Diya Rawat, Vidita Vikas, and Anushka secured the runner-up position through excellent coordination and strategic discipline. Meanwhile, Vidita Vikas also won a silver medal in the Under-19 girls singles category. School management and teachers congratulated the students and their coach on this achievement.
