Documents candidates should keep ready

Candidates participating in the MCC counselling process should keep their admission and academic documents prepared before starting registration. These may include:

• NEET MDS 2026 scorecard

• NEET MDS admit card

• BDS degree certificate

• Internship completion certificate

• Dental registration certificate

• Relevant academic certificates and documents

Candidates should carefully verify their personal, academic and NEET MDS details before submitting the registration form. Choice preferences should also be entered thoughtfully and locked within the stipulated timeline.

What candidates should check before registration

With the counselling process set to begin on August 18, candidates should regularly monitor the MCC website and its MDS counselling section for official notices, registration instructions, seat matrix updates and other admission-related information.

The counselling schedule may involve multiple stages, including registration, fee payment, choice submission, choice locking, seat allotment and reporting. Candidates are therefore advised to follow the official instructions at every stage and avoid relying on unofficial counselling updates.

The Round 1 allotment result on August 26 will be the first major outcome of the 2026 MCC MDS counselling process. Candidates allotted seats will subsequently need to follow the prescribed admission and reporting procedure within the applicable timeline.
