BBAU, Yuukti Edutainment join hands to advance AI innovation and skill development

MoU to strengthen academia-industry collaboration through AI research, practical learning, innovation and technology-driven skill development

Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU), Lucknow, through its Centre of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence (CoE-AI), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Yuukti Edutainment Pvt. Ltd. to promote collaboration in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and allied technological domains.

The MoU marks a significant step towards strengthening academia-industry engagement and creating new avenues for AI-focused research, innovation, skill development and practical applications. The partnership is aimed at contributing to the development of a robust AI ecosystem while encouraging technology-driven learning and innovation.

The programme was chaired by BBAU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Raj Kumar Mittal. Dean of Academic Affairs Prof. S. Victor Babu, Registrar Dr. Ashwini Kumar Singh, Coordinator of the Centre of Excellence for AI Dr. Babita Pandey, and Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Shukla from Yuukti Edutainment Pvt. Ltd. were also present.

Through the collaboration, the university and industry partner will work towards creating opportunities that can bridge academic knowledge with real-world technological applications. The initiative is expected to support the development of industry-relevant skills and encourage students and researchers to engage with emerging AI technologies.

The partnership also reflects the universitys focus on expanding its AI capabilities and fostering an environment conducive to technological advancement, innovation and knowledge exchange.

Head of the Department of Computer Science Prof. Deepa Raj, Dean, School of Information Science and Technology Prof. Shilpi Verma, Prof. Ram Chandra, Prof. O. P. Shukla, Prof. Shishir Kumar, Prof. Ravi Kumar and Prof. Subhash Kumar Mishra, along with other dignitaries, attended the programme.
